A Work-Ordered Day

The members aim to make themselves a Work-Ordered Day at the clubhouse. This opportunity is provided by the three units in the form of tasks related to the functions of the clubhouse. The work of members is important for the functions of the clubhouse. In each unit there works at least one staff member from the clubhouse staff. In Clubhouse Näsinkulma there are currently five staff members; two in the Employment and Education unit, two in the Kitchen Unit and two in the Clerical Unit.

There are about 80 members actively participating in clubhouse programs. The average amount of members participating per day varies depending of the month but on average 35 members per day visit the clubhouse. Members themselves may choose which unit they want to work in.

A Work-Ordered Day helps members to exercise their skills and to improve and maintain their abilities in preparation for their Transitional Employment period and their study plans. Courses are provided for members at Clubhouse Näsinkulma as well as support in matters related to studying.
